Golf Cart, Beach Club Access, minutes from the beach!!

1 Star – Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer ServiceWe booked this property specifically because having a golf cart for the entirety of our stay was an important part of the experience we were paying for. Unfortunately, the golf cart broke down, leaving us without an amenity that was a significant factor in our decision to book this property. What made the situation even more frustrating was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a fair resolution, the proposed compensation did not come close to making up for the inconvenience. We were left waiting approximately 30 minutes for a shuttle on more than one occasion, wasting valuable vacation time and losing the convenience we had paid for.I understand that mechanical issues happen, but how a company handles those issues says everything about its customer service. When guests pay for a property with specific amenities, they should not be expected to absorb the inconvenience and loss when those amenities are unavailable through no fault of their own.A vacation is supposed to be relaxing, not spent negotiating for a fair compromise over something we had already paid for. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and the way this situation was handled significantly impacted our stay.I would not book this property again, and I would caution future guests against assuming that the advertised amenities will be available or that they will be fairly compensated if they are not.

Great property - close to the beach, Publix and the golf cart was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. Great place close to anything we needed. Had a wonderful relaxing time.

Beautiful home, nice and clean. Great location, close to everything in Watercolor. Loved the Beach Club and having the golf cart! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Overall excellent. There was a bad smell coming from the sink drain, otherwise the place was perfect!
